Those living off tax dollars don't pay taxes. They consume them. This is the democrat base. If they paid taxes, they'd be Republicans.
Every election the democrats HAVE to offer some kind of new free handout or the democrat base (freeloaders) won't get out of bed to vote. Watch for those freebies, because you're the one who's going to have to pay for them. Every democrat vote has been purchased with your tax money.
