Exactly, with a federal popular vote, North Carolina’s irresponsible self-influenced voter fraud problem becomes everyone’s problem.
The trouble with that is that nobody except north Carolina can do anything about North Carolina’s problems.
Furthermore North Carolina will have ZERO incentive to do anything about the problem which raises it’s power in the Federal theater.
There is a reason we got an electoral collage, the fact that people don’t understand our system is a very dangerous system.
