Been there, saw that as well. Had a guy take a leak in a berthing area late at night. I found his boss on deck and told him all we wanted the drunk guy to do was clean up his mess without him getting in trouble.
The guy cleaned it up but some how I was made out to be the bad guy. Drunk idiots.

Aboard ship we had a guy who when drunk would pee anywhere he happened to be at the time of his urge. I remember when I was at Ft. Hood back in the late 70s and we had a guy who got very drunk in town. He was squatting, holding onto a tent pole, had his britches around his ankles and was peeing like a girl.
