yea.. I’m not sure I would have been so nice either. Actually I would have been the one taken away in cuffs while the kid would have been taken away on a stretcher with tubes sticking out of him.
I heard on the radio today that the charges were dismissed. Makes you wonder who this guy’s parents are.
And the guy still has his teeth?
What a disgraceful world we live in. Surely that is extreme child abuse - and in public, too!
Sounds like very drunken behavior, not anything malicious. Not saying he should get a pass, but it shouldn’t be blown out of all proportion, either.

Sentence him to cleaning airplane toilets, with a tootbrush, for the next year.
It sounds like he was in a drunken stupor and didn’t know what he was doing. That doesn’t make it OK but it points up that if you have a problem with alcohol, you need to get help. The next time he could drink himself into a stupor, drive drunk and kill a little girl.
He had to be served a lot of alcohol to get that drunk. The flight attendant should have stopped serving him after the second or third or fourth drink.

Actually,I think the father is to blame for spending too much time in the bathroom.
In Washington state I believe the legal blood alcohol limit for under 21 is 0.0, so at the least he would have gotten an intoxicated minor ticket which is no small thing. I wonder what it is in Oregon and New York...

Indeed! I would beaten the rest of the piss out of him and then rubbed his nose in it.
Al I can say is,thank God that wasn’t my daughter. I would be in jail and the only ski team he would be on is the one in hell.
