Bachmann has zero chance of being President. Sorry if the truth offends you.

There’s a difference between saying it with a candidate who doesn’t support small government and saying it with Bachmann. I have some reservations about Bachmann but I would still support her if she got the GOP nod. No way in hell would I ever vote for a Romney, Pawlenty, or [shudder] Huntsman.

I doubt you’ll see many people here say the same about Ron Paul, which is a prime example of just how the Patrick1 Republican types work. First they talk about electability as if it were the end-all-be-all, and after electability is shown in polls and primaries by folks like Bachman or Paul, then the truth comes out. They won’t support constitutional conservatives, period—but conservatives are supposed to trot out to support their RINO buddies.

I haven’t noticed a whole lot of noise about the fact that the two biggest tea partiers were the #1 and #2 in this poll. I hope that is an indication of who will be driving in the primaries...but I doubt it, given where Perry is trying to milk votes and money. I see this being the corporate GOP/RNC hacks trying to drive the nail in the coffin for the early primaries having any relevancy in the process. They’ll make a lot of noise now about Bachman, then if Paul wins in NH, about him. But then, if Perry or some other RINO wins in SC, it’ll be all about how a ‘big state’ should be moved to first primary, since ‘they’re more representative of the current GOP.’
