I'm sorry, but why would Nutter tell parents of flash mob children you are damaging your own race ?

When my idiot white son committed a crime I didn't think his crime was reflecting on his entire race...

Why would the mayor say such a thing...that crimes committed by black children reflect on their race...unless it makes them all victims ?

What you say is true about your white son.The Mayor is talking to a black city.He wants the parents to get insulted because mostly black young kids are doing this.He is trying to build them up and believes in them.His own daughter attends public school.
