Twice in one day. No doubt, some of you will see this as CNN stoking a catfight between Gov. Palin and Rep. Bachmann. Weve already documented that the media will attempt to do this, and the Governor wants nothing to do with it.
But frankly, this strikes me as a pretty straightforward analysis (once again) by CNN of the two oft-compared politicians approaches to interacting with the media. I could be wrong, but it seems like Don Lemon is seeing the real Palin for the first time. Kudos for him that he appears to recognize the authenticity that we so admire about the Governor. Its also not a good sign for Bachmann that she is being labeled as robotic in her interviews. All we can say is Welcome to our world, Michele. And well see you along the trail.

Comparing Gov Palin to Bachmann is to me kind of a sexist thing to do. The only thing Gov Palin and Bachmann have in common is they are women. It would be like the MSM comparing Gov Perry to Thad Mccotter. Sure some of their ideas overlap but on style, substance and resume it is clear who the more accomplished person is.
As this campaign unfolds it will become increasingly clear that there really is no comparison between the two woman except for the fact they are women.

Has CNN also noticed that Zero can’t put two words together without a teleprompter?

During the debate the other night I noticed this about
Bachmann. On the “submission” question I swear I could see the wheels turning inside her head - ah there is answer number 41 - engage mouth, go.

I’m not too worried about what CNN manages to notice.

So if your Palin doesn’t run or runs and doesn’t win, and Bachmann is the nom, then what? You’ll hold your noes and vote for a TRUE CONSERVATIVE because your Palin didn’t run? You’re doing exactly what CNN wants and your post is exactly why they ran that spot.

I've notice Bachmann can be a little *’bot like* at times. Could be fatigue?

Bachmann is an experienced politician. She understands how to deal with the MSM assassians better than Palin. Bachmann will not have a Katie Couric moment. Stay on message should be the watchword. The MSM are not our friends.

Sure some of their ideas overlap but on style, substance and resume it is clear who the more accomplished person is.I don't think it is clear at all which of the two is "more accomplished." I think they're both highly accomplished and would both be qualified to be president. Far more qualified than Obama. I think it's simply a matter of which of them you agree with more. And also the fact that Palin has not (yet?) entered the race.

CNN finally seeing the light?? Put down the crack pipe, you are being played.
CNN (and MSM in general) has one goal in political coverage, and that is to further the chances of their polical wing (the DNC). Anything favorable that they appear to report about the GOP is designed to divide.

The only thing Gov Palin and Bachmann have in common is they are women. I'm going to disagree with you here. In addition to both being Republican women, they're also both strongly identified with the TEA Party and have positioned themselves as the outsiders taking on the establishment.
Of course, there's as much to contrast between them on these points as to compare them, but it's not just as superficial as both of them being women.

If Bachmann some how through some miracle wins the nomination of course I'll vote for her over Obama. I'll vote for as Rush says Elmer fudd over Obama. But we aren't there yet and we can still pick the best conservative out of the pack. I would no more want to put thad McCotter up against Obama than Bachmann but if the fates align and Bachmann is the nominee then I become an ABO person.
Will you vote for Gov Palin if she is the nominee and defeats “your” bachmann?
Btw Your “true conservative Bachmann thanked Pres Obama for bailing out the Pork meat industry.

Soon Palin is going to jump into it and destroy all of the other candidates. Palin actually has a very good chance at beating zero. If she doesn’t I’m going for the next best conservative which is Rick Perry.

Ya know! It’s kind of like families. I can criticize my bunch all that I want, but YOU say something bad about one them I'm going to fight tooth and toenail.
This is a family fight.

I believe it`s very clear to most that Gov Palin is much more accomplished than Bachmann.
