You’d probably only need to shoot one of them and the rest would flee. The problem is that someone would come back later and toss a firebomb through the window. At that point the cops would arrest the store owner.

Conservatives need to change the laws so any minor caught violently breaking the law, causes ALL people in his family to lose their government checks. SSI, Disability etc. If no one is receiving a check, then a $500 fine.
'Shelters' - safe but not pleasant - could be set up - places where people would not want to go back to... no video games, cable TV etc. But no one would do without food or shelter.
I suspect if that happened, the parents would start teaching their children how to behave and the problem would solve itself..
