Unless your management, replacing (stealing) a worker’s job during a strike is SCAB work… it is what it is !
You are NOT stealing a job if someone vacates the position by leaving employment at the company. This would be firing, quitting, striking, etc...

Taking a union worker’s job is akin to God’s work. Only the absolute destruction of union jobs will assure the future of America. So long as there are unions, America is at risk.
