My guess is that it's a PR stunt trying to keep money from the GOP.
Starbucks is right - money talks - no money talks louder.
If memory serves, Starbucks was asked by a few in the military in Iraq to send some coffee at the beginning of the war.....Starbucks said they would, but would charge our guys.
Caribou Coffee is ALSO dem supporters.
I hope they both go out of business....they voted for it!
They donated Starbucks’ coffee to forces in Iraq. We’d keep a case below the coffee maker in my office. There were conexes full of Starbucks coffee on Camp Victory. I’d use their house espresso in my coffee pot. It was very strong (no one else would drink it) but boy would I fly though my work.
Thankfully, I found Maxwell House South Pacific Blend on return to the States. It’s helped me ease off their espresso.
Me neither and I don’t drink coffee but I tell everybody I know that that does, that Starbuck’s a commie-obama supporting corp.
They sent coffee, tons of it. It was the 1 lb. bags of assorted types, usually seasonals and the large, silver bags of house espresso I drank quite a bit. I doubt the military paid for it since it was freely distributed out of conexes along with the care packages.
How will that work? Hardly any corporations donate to Republicans.
They don’t now but if they feel the GOP will be more business friendly they will.
I don’t understand a named business coming down, publically on either side....seems to me they would automatically lose most customers from the other side......they’d lose me for sure....and they did
I knew I disliked Target for some reason....
and they have no problem with 2nd ammendment carry in their stores.
