Consider how opposed people are to the idea of felons {and in some cases only those alleged to be felons} and felons who have served their sentence to being armed.
Now, consider how in 2014 the Obamacare package makes it a felony for one to not have ‘qualifying’ healthcare; with (as I understand) no provisions for lapses when switching providers, and also that the government itself determines what plans ‘qualify.’
Putting two and two together, I wholly anticipate many people to be put into this felon status; probably with the government “generously granting” the right to vote as per its own whims.
