Big corporations will move to take over production of marijuana, just adding it to their tobacco production. Then they’ll use millions of dollars to influence Congress and choke off the right of individuals to grow their own, with BATFE enforcing the new regulations.
Government will tax AND regulate marijuana if legalized.

The fact that they, and I’m assuming by ‘they’ you mean the Feds, are selling starter plants doesn’t surprise me.
