There’s a dozen posters who actually defend the cold blooded murder of a police officer trying to respond to a domestic call.
This is why I’ve had it with FR. Too many looney juveniles spouting crap. This is tolerated by Jim Rob and the mods to the point where I have to think they agree with this sort of garbage.

I think it is a very difficult issue for Jim Rob and the Mods to have to deal with. It is probably best left for us to deal with - IMO.
I share in your sentiments. However, ignorance is where you find it. Free Republic is not completley immune to “Huff Post” or DU ignorance or crassness.
I am equally disgusted with the way the forum has deteriorated. I can only hope it doesn't accurately reflect our society, but I do see that in this Ubama era, the war on law enforcement has stepped up and religious bigotry is off the charts. Very few have the strength to stand up publicly for what is right.
