Dunham’s standard response to everything is a variation of “you are too stupid to understand the issue at hand” I think this is a standard issue patronizing lawyer-talk response. The way to avoid getting backed into a corner if you are a lawyer is to say "I have never heard that, and I have too much real work to do to look into it. You should just trust me on this, it is not a real concern."
