I am sure her lawyers are working on a contingency basis. The Counties Lawyers are being paid by taxpayers.

The family does face an uphill battle , but I believe the county have a hard time finding a jury that is not on the families side.

Every deputy who fired a shot in that battle should be out looking for a job. Adrenalin and gung ho Ninja tactics do not excuse shooting a man down like a dog.

It is not just the shooting in this case, that was certainly bad enough, but the fact that they waited over an hour (till he died) before they let the paramedics in to treat him.

That is what it makes it murder.
