Area employment damn near 100 percent; to wit, categories with 100,000 or more include government GS employees; government SES employees; government WG employees; government contractors; elected government employees; appointed government employees; Michelle Obama staff employees; lobbyists for American corporations; lobbyists for the Civil Rights industry; lobbyists for foreign governments; lobbyists for foreign corporations; lobbyists for tens of diaspora groups seeking U.S. help to smash their enemies (includes their enemies' lobbyists seeking U.S. help to smash them); lobbyists from foreign countries seeking higher numbers for their citizens to come here for the money and goodies or to move jobs to their country; members of Congressional caucuses advocating for the tens of diaspora groups seeking U.S. help to smash their enemies (includes their enemies' lobbyists seeking U.S. help to smash them), advocating for foreign countries seeking higher numbers for their citizens to come here for the money and goodies or to move jobs to their country . . . .
What no Red Chinese lobbyists, you ask? According to Bill Gertz of the Washington Times the Chi-Coms require U.S. corporations to do their lobbying, if I remember correctly.
My modest question is -- since taxes from ALL states pay these clowns and pay for EVERYTHING they want.. why can Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. share their 57-state-taxpayer-funded goldmine?
It’s already started:
David Mills, executive director of the Democratic Party of Virginia, said: “McDonnell’s self-congratulation over his ‘surplus’ is similar to a family refusing to pay their mortgage for a year and then celebrating the balance in their savings account.”
Thomas Jefferson, but he owned and cohabited with female slaves, so does that count?
I read that Cucinelli plans to seek another term as AG but is open to considering a run for a different office.
I don’t know—is there a rulebook somewhere in which we could look it up? LOL1
Any tax refunds proposed?
Haven’t heard of any.
I could see it happening.
