That answer makes the most sense. Once an II gets it, he will be prohibited from saying anything about the case and his investigation will be private until he goes to trial. He will be vilified like Ken Starr was. But I am still worried that the only consequence that will ever occur is that some of the criminals in this case will be publicly embarrassed. If that happens, we will know once and for all that both parties represent only the elite.
Quite correct. One thing to come out of the Clinton scandals is that there seems to be a tacit understanding between both sides that they will never allow such a mess again...giving free reign to many of the worst people in government to get away with murder....literally.
