It is speculated in some circles that this will be the event that Sarah Palin - of Alaska - will formally announce that she is a candidate for the presidency of the United States.

For those who are not all that familiar with her, she is a former governor of the state of Alaska, she is an authentic United States citizen and she is a force to be reckoned with. If you enter her name into a Google search, a lot of material will come up about her and it is all good.

Yes. Sarah Palin and Mark Levin are both supporting Hatch for reelection.

Levin for the good work Hatch has done on getting conservative judges confirmed and Palin pointed out Hatch has introduced and pushed for a Balanced Budget Amendment for decades.

yeah thought so.... gonna have to side with M.Malkin on this one and say WTF? while Sen. Hatch may have been pushing for a balanced budget and may have been instrumental in getting Conservative judges to warm their backside on a bench on the tax payers dime the rest of his voting record is somewhat Less than stellar.

I’m getting the feeling that this is it! This event was really made for her. Announcing in Iowa pays respect to the first in the Nation Hawkeye cauci. This is either the big day or the follow up to her announcement. GO SARAH PALIN!

Freepers, I need your help!

At the dinner table after church service Sunday my father-on-law brought the 2012 Presidential Race. Pop and I usually talk about politics and current events but I try not to bring up the subjects especially if my ULTRA-LIBERAL sister-in-law is present.

I commented that we shouldn’t count Sarah Palin out as being a candidate. I got the usual stone-face-then-roll-of-the-eyes look from my sister-in-law. Her basic problem is that she believes that the federal government should help everybody with their life’s challenges to include providing “women’s healthcare”.... i.e. women’s “Right To Choose” (I guess Sarah Palin’s personal choice to bring Trig in the world didn’t fit well with my sister-in-law’s and NOW’s “Right To Choose” concept).

Here’s what I need: A few months ago a Freeper posted a neat chronology of Sarah Palin’s accomplishments from the time she was in the PTA up to her Governorship. The post was detailed and included ALL her efforts, PTA, Mayor of Wasilla, State Oil/Gas Commissioner, etc. It was a post on one of the Palin threads and I thought I had book marked it.

I would like to have it so I can attempt to convince my sister-in-law how wrong she is about Sarah’s accomplishments and executive skill...I have her books but this post was very detailed with executive orders/bills, etc.

I’m on a MISSION.... I almost have my wife convinced but I’m tired of her intellectually and informationally challenged sister.

Thanks!

I also noticed it has the Presidential coat of arms (the eagle with the shield). My understanding is it should only be used in relation to the President.
