And when confronted about these layers of lies upon lies, Dominique Strauss-Kahn's hotel-maid sex-accuser collapsed in a roll-on-the-floor tantrum.
"But I wasn't under oath!" she told prosecutors.
Manhattan prosecutors yesterday filed a 25-page document asking that the charges be dropped in the Strauss-Kahn case -- a document that literally labels the horndog Frenchman's accuser a liar and a fraud.
"In virtually every substantive interview with prosecutors, despite entreaties to simply be truthful, she has not been truthful, on matters great and small, many pertaining to her background and some relating to the circumstances of the incident itself," prosecutors say in the damning document.

I suggest that the apoligists for this maid read the NY Post article. The prosecutor does not believe the maid. She is a acknowledged liar without credibiity. She deserves criminal prosecution and deportation. Who is paying for her lawyer? I have a feeling that taxpayers are paying.

Would expect DNA tests of hotels to turn up semen stains in all sorts of various locations.
I watched a show a few years ago where they went to hotel rooms around the country with ultraviolet lights and testing kits to see how clean the rooms really were. Semen was one of the more commonly found substances so TSG's report doesn't really mean much. Odds are they could have had the same result testing any other room in the hotel.

BTW I think the Manhattan Prosecutor should be fired over this debacle. If he’d spent an hour investigating the accuser’s background before he pressed charges he’d have found out what snake she is.
And now DSK has carte blanche, knowing no DA will ever go after him again...he could commit murder in broad daylight and it wouldn’t matter.

This is why we need to get rid of “rape shield” laws, or make sure they apply to BOTH the accuser and the accused.
