Right - felt it too in Howard County Maryland - and Weather Channel just reported it.
Thought it was a gust of wind rattling the windows, but the house started shaking.

I too! Ellicott City - that’s just what I was thinking at first - some kind of major gale? Or God forbid, airplane swooping down suddenly? It all seemed from above, not below!
