Well, I bet their buildings aren’t built to withstand earthquakes. And of course everything is relative. Depends on what you’re used to.

Think of the stimulus package 0 could put out, in rebuilding every government building from South Carolina to Maine, to make them earthquake-proof! And it will be presented to us as something that must be done TODAY or the world will come to an end.

In the East Coast, there aren’t supposed to be earthquakes. From what I know, the plates on this side of the planet are not supposed to shift at all.
