Felt the quake in Dunbar, WV at elementary school. Wall mounted television and chairs rock and rolling. Lasted about 15 seconds.

I was grocery shopping in Ashburn, VA. The building shook a bit, everybody looked around and up for about 10 seconds and then back to shopping!
