Cantor was correctly listing out all the new regulations in place under Obama. All burdensome, all on the Democrat’s watch. I remember W requesting and getting big budget increases for the IRS and SEC. I don't remember him decreasing any regulations. It looks like Obama is doing more than the GOP did.
