House Dem: Tea Party is the 'real enemy'
The Hill ^ | 8/23/11 | Alicia M. Cohn

Posted on 08/23/2011 1:45:12 PM PDT by markomalley

Democratic members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) are ramping up anti-Tea Party sentiment this week, with one congresswoman calling the movement "the real enemy" in Florida on Monday night.

"Let us all remember who the real enemy is. The real enemy is the Tea Party," Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-Fla.) said at a Miami town hall, according to a report by the Miami Herald. "The Tea Party holds the Congress hostage. They have one goal in mind, and that's to make President Obama a one-term president."

Wilson's comments follow incendiary remarks about the Tea Party from another member of the CBC on Saturday.

“This is a tough game. You can't be intimidated. You can't be frightened. And as far as I'm concerned — the Tea Party can go straight to hell,” Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) said at a town-hall-style meeting in California.

Waters, who also attended the town hall in Miami, doubled down on her previous remarks, although she refused to repeat the "hell" line because the meeting took place in a church.

"We're not afraid of the Tea Party," Waters said. "In this struggle, we have to define who we are, what the president is doing and not let our voices be overshadowed by the Tea Party."

The Rev. Jesse Jackson, also participating in the town hall, compared the modern Tea Party movement to opposition to the civil-rights movement. "The Tea Party is a new name on an old game," he said. "Dr. King fought a 'tea party' in Alabama."

Why is there a racist, segregated all black Congressional caucus yapping about the evil whiteys in the Tea Party? How diverse!

They can paint the tea party as the boogeyman all they want. In 2012 when millions of Americans vote obama out of office, they will learn that the TP is WE THE PEOPLE.

As for me, I’d guess that the racist black caucus is throwing gorilla dust to deflect attention away from its black thug flash mobs. Won’t work. Here in South Carolina, the state charged the participants of a failed flash mob in Columbia under the state’s anti-lynching law. Each of the little welfare dears are facing up to 20 years in prison.

Watched this on C-SPAN twice!

Congressional Black Caucus Holds Town Hall and Job Fair Friday ·

On this ``Jobs Fair`` program they called for: ``We have to create jobs!- but the following terms were never uttered not even once:

`MESBIC`

`Venture Capital`

`free enterprise`

`set-aside`

`private enterprise`

`Godfather`s Pizza`

`entrepreneur`

`how to start a small business and create jobs`

`how to start your own corporation`

`how to get a loan from your local bank to start a business and create jobs`

how many jobs are held by illegals that blacks can do?

how to contact a black capitalist baseball player or basketball player to invest in a business you want to start in order to create new jobs

`Who here know how to write a business plan?

`how to attract capital from friends, neighbors and relatives to start a business to create jobs`

`how to start an internet business and create jobs`

`how to find start-up companies that may be hiring`

BUT the following terms WERE repeated perhaps 300(?)[exagg.] times:

`Get out there and organize.`

`Call and contact everyone you know and organize.`

`Don`t just vote- contact your elected local, state and federal representatives!`

`Get out there and organize cause I am an organizer.` [Walters -LA]

Contact seniors and get them some ID`s coz they need ID` s in order to vote!`

`If you organize, then you have power.`

`The stimulus didn`t stimulate or create jobs- it stabilized the economy from getting worse and prevented more jobs from being lost.` [Green-TX]

`The Tea Party was responsible for the financial collapse.`-[Walters-LA]

`Our Democratically controlled Congress before 2010 would pass jobs bills but they couldn`t get past the Senate`

Commentator:`

- ``Wait -didn`t the Democrats control both Houses of Congress?`` [Then the commentator mentioned 3 DEMOCRATIC senators who voted against said bills in the Senate.

Commentator- `Shouldn`t you be speaking with these Democratic senators that voted against these jobs bills?`

HAHAHAHAHA -The Black Caucus really is the Party of the Jackass!

Their party of Black Caucus donkeys is alive and living well with their ever-mounting pile of donkey manure within their empty mule-headed skulls indeed!

Not only that, but they desperately need to create a villian to distract voters from the mediocrity that is in the white house and incidentally leading their party. They are coordinating with the MSM’s “Goldwater” strategy which is already in effect. The object is to try and scare the country into believing that the conservative opposition is nuts. RINOs will be RINOs, and the Democrat hacks in DC and the press know that so called “moderates” will automatically run to the left whenever conservatives make their voices heard. But the reason why the Democrats are turning further in this direction is because everyone knows that they have nothing to run on, no credibility, and much to apologize for.

"Let us all remember who the real enemy is. The real enemy is the Tea Party," Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-Fla.) said at a Miami town hall

I bet a dollar King George III said the same thing back in 1776. So be it.

Yes and that other young democrat president was murdered. I hold thoughts he was murdered by the same cabal that raised Obama from the pits to prevent the use of actual USA treasury dollars instead of Fed Reserve notes. When history is fully disclosed I believe the many acts intended to destroy our Nations independent exceptionalism over the years will be exposed.

"They have one goal in mind, and that's to make President Obama a one-term president."

Ahhhh, no.

The TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party wants to reduce taxes.

You know, the half that pays the taxes wants some input into the process, since it's their money.

Concerned Citizens Who Love Their Country, the CCWLTC, says “Good let the Democrat message be carried by certifiable lunatics, con-artists and grifters.”

Who listens to Slapsy Maxie and crew? The insane homeless guy howling in the street makes more sense.

Civil War because some faction of our country are demanding that the Constitutional limits on Government be obeyed?

Oh well, if that’s what it going to take then I guess I will do my part.

Honestly though, the Tea Party minded supporters have literally NO real power in numbers. The numbers in the House and Senate are totally DEM and GOP - so how is it that this extreme minority is the root cause of America’s woes?

Mn are these people ignorant!

She’s right! The TEA party is her enemy. The TEA party has little tolerance of small-minded bigots.
