This cop's protecting the rights of black teenagers to terrorize and rob innocent citizens? What's next? Cops protecting the rights of drunk drivers over the rights of people they run over?

Citizens have the right NOT TO BE BULLIED. If the police can't or WON'T protect citizens, then citizens need to protect themselves.
