Hey genius, do the words “federal air quality standards” mean anything to you?
I’m having a hard time sympathizing with them. For years we had to have our cars E-Checked before they would issue plates. It was paid separate from our plate fee. A few years ago they switched it so the fee for the test and fee for the plates are now combined.
Liberal friend, “Hey they just made the E-Check test free!”
Problem is that these libtards will somehow find a reason to blame conservatives for this.
And the Republican party will eagerly beg for their blame.
