Sure, *some* wine turns out that way unintentionally - but what's the plan here? Encourage everyone to "recycle" their corked or vinegar-tinged vino like used crankcase oil?
AFAIK, the only "non drinking grade" wine that is produced intentionally is that which is intended for the distillery and eventually, bottles of *brandy*.
Here's an idea: Try making alcohol fuels out of something that is cheap, plentiful, quickly renewable, and not part of our food supply. Quit wasting time on nonsense.
