“The Supreme Court ruled that’s good enough, and precedent has been set.”

The Supreme Court Has ruled no such thing.

Get your facts straight.

They're quite straight, thank you. The Supreme Court swore Barack Obama into office on January 20th, 2009, based off of his birth in Hawaii, which made him an American citizen. They'll swear in Marco Rubio on January 20th, 2013, based off of his birth in Miami, which made him an American citizen.

Neither one of them is naturalized, they were citizens due to the location of their birth. Ergo, Obama's swearing in set precedence for what was previously a contested legal issue. You may want to split the atom on it, but the Supreme Court won't.
