After reading the article at the link, perhaps this ‘planet’ is really just the accompanying ‘white dwarf’ that they mention, yet do not show in the video.
Perhaps it is even a double ‘neutron star’ and that is what causes the rapid spinning of the EMISSIONS PULSE ?
Perhaps the neutron star doesn’t really spin as fast as the pulse, yet scientists are sticking with that theory because it is ingrained in their teachings (and grants)?

Well I don’t think it’s possible to be a double neutron binary because at that recorded distance from each other they would have collided and created a black hole and sent massive jets of gamma and x rays out.
