I thought Sebellius just got her home state of Kansas a “waiver” to protect them from ObamaCare.

If you are 50 years or older and you vote for Obama, you are signing your death warrant. Because his Obamacare is going to put hardworking people who worked all their lives and have now retired out to pasture and let them die with no health care. What a shame.
