Not going to say it doesn’t happen. It does, throughout many European countries.
It is murder, pure and simple. The worst offenders are not the hospitals, but rather the care homes for the elderly. There they kill people with neglect, then get a slap on the wrist fine for it. Just from the cases I remember, apparently the value of a human life is about $25000.
