I saw a puppy on Ritalin...saddest thing I ever saw...the puppy brother was scooting around....LIKE A DOG. The ritalin puppy was laying motionless on the owner's lap...like a stuffed toy. It was just awful.
Now they give dogs antidepressants for spay incontinence.
