I knew a guy who just died of a heart attack. He was as thin as a rail, made great money but couldn’t lay off the redbulls and cigarettes.

Don’t forget Arthur Ashe. It’s genes. Although I increased my good cholesterol by 30 points and all I do is take vitamin D3 and Fish Oil tablets.
