I guess you people are to niave to believe candidates can manipulate the primaries. I guess none of you would believe Team Obama helped McCain win.

I think she’ll run, but I don’t understand the fanatical enthusiasm for her. I’d certainly vote for her over Obamalini and over Romney, Huntsman, Newt in the primaries. Still, in the last two years she hasn’t shown me that she is a harder-line conservative than Bachmann or, perhaps, Perry.

Just as I said. According to O4P insiders , Palin lured Perry into the race to pop Romney's bubble and are relying on Romney to go negative on Perry and pop Perry's bubble and thus the reason for Palin's late entry. Read the article , Team Romney is getting ready to pull the trigger.

There was a good article on how Palin lured Perry into the race by letting him believe she was out because he had said he would not run if Palin was running.Oh BS. And I don't see anything in this article about Palin "luring" Perry in to the race, that's just a bunch of fantasy nonsense. If Palin had intended to run she would not want to compete with Rick Perry. I love Governor Palin, but it became obvious she wasn't going to run for President in 2012 months ago.

You know what is known about Perry...He didn’t quit on the voters that elected him so he could get paid....Bling Bling.

Perry is not my first choice...

Actually, that’s not really what happened at all. Kerry and Edwards surged based on “electability”.
Are you comparing a possible Palin candidacy to that of John Kerry? There are ZERO similarities. But thanks for playing.

Didn’t people used to ascribe great tactical powers to Bush? It was called “rope-a-dope”. Now I’m supposed to believe in another brilliant strategist arranging these chess pieces at her will.
No.
Sarah did not lure a sronger “political” candidate then her into the race.

You are delusional, sir. Perry has been planning the presidential run long before Palin and Perry became buds.

Dean and Gephardt led in the democratic polls in 04 but the two locked up in a negative battle against each other and voters picked Kerry in IA , who was in 3rd place.I hear you...good observation...the contest is young, still.

Why does it always come down to two bad choice: chicken pox vs influenza (Romney vs. Perry)?? I don’t like either one..
sad but unless we get a real conservative like Bachmann this next year may turn out like 2008 (either that or we get Bush Admin. part II)..

having crawled way out on the very edge of a political ledge trashing everyone who isn't Palin, what are you all going to do if she doesn't run? Are you kidding? They're broken glass inactivists! They'll crawl over broken glass to sit at home rather than pulling a lever for a compromiser who cut-and-ran from a terrorist attack, signed amnesty for 3 million illegals, allowed 12 million abortions and chose a blue-blood NWO RINO as his VP...oh, wait. That was Reagan.

Bachmann is toast.....she’s not Presidential material. Palin is at least an Executive of a state. Bachmann is a nice conservative lady....period.

And Romney is going to do all this before the 3rd of September?
I'm trying to think of how Romney is going to triumph that fast. Slip a brick in his purse and hit Perry with it? Seriously. Any why would Palin want to fight Perry instead of Romney? She's much more contrasted and attractive a candidate compared to Mittens.
This article sounds like Organize 4 Palin is yanking the chain of the Washington Compost.
