The only pockets filling-up under Obama are the Democrat Party pockets.

""I will be laying out a series of steps that Congress can take immediately to put more money in the pockets of working families and middle-class families"Yes, by taking it OUT OF THE POCKETS OF THOSE STILL WORKING AND PAYING TAXES, and putting it into the pockets of Unions and Minorities.....same ol'/same ol' (see tagline)

That’s later. This is ‘to put dough in people’s pockets’. There’s also the pay roll tax cut which I think the repubs oppose. He’s looking for anything that will slander Congressional gop. Has nothing to do with job creation... but that’s obvious to all here.

It is the hallmark of a tyrant to expect things to simply happen at the snap of a finger without all the hassle of red-tape. Have a bumper wheat crop, snap. Increase consumer confidence, snap. Clamp down on those pesky kulaks, snap.

So 3 years and trillions of dollars later, 0 job plan is the same "I'll make a speech then have Congress can get back to me when they have a bill" spiel.
Worst President in US History.

"I will be laying out a series of steps that Congress can take immediately to put more money in the pockets of working families and middle-class families, to make it easier for small businesses to hire people,"His speechifying is soooo confusing. Is he:
A. Acknowledging that small businesses hire people while not providing any support;
B. Giving another handout to unions (working families in Obama-speak);
C. Trying to buy votes in the middle class;
D. Extending unemployment;
E. Telling us he is going to give us the plan in a series of steps that will last until after the next election; or
F. All of the above.
