SvenMagnussen's 'theory' or 'insider-knowledge' that Obama obtained his Connecticut SSN via an American Refugee Agency (ARO) in Connecticut, suddenly sounds a bit more plausible.
A teenager would go to the Motor Vehicles office soon after he turned 16.
I believe Obama's real birth date is January 8th, 1961 (for at least 4 reasons I wont bother with)... Ok, I'll give just one reason for now: Obama said he was 3 months old when the bay of pigs happened, which was April 1961, making his birthdate January 1961.
So then soon after his 16th birthday, Obama becomes 'a refugee' because he has no valid SSN, (because he has no valid B.C.) and the refugee agency in Connecticut gets one for him. THEN, the issue date of that Connecticut SSN (March 1961) MAKES SENSE with the timeframe an ARO might be getting one for him!
