It’s been enlightening to go back and forth with some of these ‘folks’ today. Very revealing of what goes on in their minds. I’ll give you a perfect, perfect analogy of the bottom line. You have these individuals, and I honestly don’t know how to characterize them. Maybe the closest I can come is soft of mind or bleeding of heart. Anyway, in the analogy, you might say, ‘Is it wise to leave a young child alone with a pitbull?’
The party responds, ‘To say otherwise is unfair to all the sweet, trustworthy pits in the world’.
The kicker being, in the very next room, at the same time this conversation is going on, there is a pitbull ripping the face off a little child and slamming what’s left of the infant against a brick wall.
This is exactly what’s happening in the USA. The son of a foreign enemy of America weaseled his way into the Oval Office and is destroying the country at a furious clip. He detests everything about traditional America—especially the parts he cannot, being of foreign upbringing himself, comprehend—and has been wildly successful in tearing the place apart at the seams in record time.
Yet suggest to these people that it’s a good idea to restrict this one office—POTUS—to the sons and daughters of American citizens, and they can’t handle it. They cannot make the connection between Obama’s catastrophic wrecking ball and the wisdom of excluding half-foreigners from the highest office in the land.
Amazing. Scary, yet amazing.
