Scalia gets his input from Thomas... that Thomas has single handedly written the path to overturning obamacare. Roberts and the other 5 sane members all look to Thomas for guidance. This is why obama and the left hate him and why toobin wrote the article... according to Rush it was a warning for the left to step up attacks on Thomas so that he has top recuse himself from any obamacare proceedings. He will refuse... and you can bet the sub humanoid carpet munching commie *unt of obama’s will refuse to recuse herself too... another low IQ communist sitting on the court.

Thomas has more intelligence in his little finger than every pos obama ever born... collectively... and obama himself knows nothing of the Constitution... other than he hates it. obama probably has an IQ of around 90... and it shows.
