Acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Kenneth E. Melson wasn't reassigned because of the scandal, it was because he went to Issa’s committee on Saturday on his own time and ratted out the administration. He saw the handwriting on the wall that he would be the scape goat.

Seems like the Catholic church got in a boatload of trouble when they tried to do the same with Priests that broke their vow. _Oh but our Federal Govt.and all its agencies Never did claim to be Holy. And since the sixties our Federal Govt. has erected a wall to keep religion from influencing their process. So all I can add is I will defend the Catholic church when I can reconcile their acts to the Bible—but the Federal Govt. only when its actions can be reconciled to the US Constitution as adoptedby the States in 1791.

Please don’t try to justify the unconstitutional behavior of the BATFaggots. The blood on their hands from Ruby Ridge and Waco is now dry and they are seeking to wash their hands again with the blood of innocent citizens. Shame on us if we don’t demand accountability. Gun owners and non-gun owners alike need to wake the hell up. The JBTs are out of control.

Mr. Issa repeated his claims on Tuesday, saying that his committee “will continue its investigation to ensure that blame isn’t offloaded on just a few individuals for a matter that involved much higher levels of the Justice Department.”
