It remains to be seen if this new, “cheesier” version of 3-card monty, shell game management will dupe the public. I hope not and am mildly encouraged by the legs the story has developed. Rather than going away, it seems to amplify with each attempt to bury it.

The arrogant defiance of Congressional inquiry, the horrendous mortal consequence of this dopey plan, and the cynical intent of repressing second amendment rights by dint of crime related to the use of federally supplied weapons, all speak to soft tyranny embraced Obama, Holder, et al. Fast and Furious could be a deal breaker.

“There’s been only one visible Fast and Furious resignation: U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke in Phoenix, who quietly stepped down on Tuesday. One of his last acts? Opposing the request of murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s family to qualify as crime victims in a court case against the thug who bought the Fast and Furious guns used in Terry’s murder.”

Nothing quite says “0bana Administration” like spitting on the graves of heroes and turning a blind eye to their surviving families.

-- ATF Phoenix field supervisors William Newell and David Voth. Promoted to new management positions in Washington.

William Newell could also get a job as a stock movie Nazi character. He laughingly looks the type. In fact, I remember watching a documentary about the German V-2 project and one of the technicians looked EXACTLY like Newell.
