The uncle of President Obama was arrested here [Framingham, Mass.] on drunken driving and other charges and has been a fugitive from deportation since 1992. Onyango Obama, who is from Kenya and is known as the president's Uncle Omar, was arrested when police said the car he was driving darted in front of a police cruiser, nearly causing the officer to hit his car. Obama is the SECOND relative of the president to have defied a deportation order. This raises questions about how a man who lived in the United States illegally for years managed to secure a job, a Massachusetts drivers license and a Social Security number without being detected by US immigration and Customs Enforcement or ICE.

How does a man with a SSN number and job that reports income remain a fugitive. Only because we have a govt that doesn’t bother to look for immigration fugitives..they just wait for them to commit a crime.
The reporter who wrote the article actually did a decent job of showing that Obama’s case is being treated differently and that none of the bureaucrats are willing to say why.
What really needs to be addressed by the country is what other documents this guy could get once he had a valid SSN - which would show us the route that can be taken by any foreigner to eventually have documentation “proving” they’re a US citizen.
Another issue that should be addressed is the fudging of the names (Obama as first name on some official documents and Obama as last name on other official documents, IIRC, as well as sometimes being Omar and sometimes being Onyango) - which was a big trick used to hide the records of Stanley Ann Dunham’s divorce from Barack Obama Sr. Obama’s alleged mother had a different name every time she turned around. And the only official (non-forged) record we have for the guy who calls himself Barack Obama actually lists him as Barry Soetoro. We also have a passport document for Obama’s mother (which may or may not be forged) which uses the name Soebarkah for her son. So on official documents we’ve got 2 different names - neither of which is Barack Obama.
And every judge claims it’s nobody’s business that we don’t even know the name of the guy who is destroying our country with a vengeance (literally).
I wish I could wake up and find the last 3 years have all just been a bad dream and I have my country back.

As to how Obama may have secured that number, it is possible that he turned to his radical friends for advice.

Good points. We know that Obama’s mother was a neo-Marxist slut who had the moral and ethical standards of a Hottentot. The vast array of names - with alternate spellings - that you cited should only remind us of life in a tribal Kenyan village. And a birthdate, S.S. number (no matter how phony or easily obtained) is a passport to all the benefits of a legitimate citizen. The fact is that the illegal lobby chooses to label all who want secure borders and show proof of citizenship (which is easily verified as in E-Verify) as racists or bigots or xenophobes. The real disgrace is that Obama was given a pass by the MSM despite Pastor Wright, Bill Ayers, Rezko, and innumerable other criminal intimates. As Sean Hannity says, investigative journalism is dead.

Also, as Lou Dobbs and others have documented, the ability to obtain a phony S.S. number and false identity is so easy and so commonplace today that there is literally NO serious effort on the part of the government to rectify this out-of-control situation. And it’s destroying America politically, socially, and economically.

Investigative journalism is dead. The courts are dead. Congress is dead. Law enforcement is dead. The military is dead. The bureaucracy is dead. The rule of law is dead.
Not to mention that the economy is dead. Justice is dead. And the Al Qaedas and Islamists of the world are uniting to institute sharia in nations that were once our allies against terror - while Iran gets nuclear weapons.
Americans chose a REALLY, REALLY bad time to go brain-dead, and we are beginning to pay for it but the worst is yet to come. The kicker is that we deserve everything we’re getting - although some of us only because we are strapped to people who chose to detonate the suicide vest.
And I forgot to say that even Sean Hannity, on the issue of the rule of law regarding Obama’s eligibility, is dead - as is nearly EVERY so-called “conservative” media personality.
And that is the most bitter pill of all. I have no desire to listen to any of them any more; when their voice was needed they had nothing to offer but ridicule of those who spoke up for the rule of law. They, and the military. We expect the media to betray us; it’s what they’ve been doing for years. It’s when those you have considered friends betray you that it really hurts. And Obama needs those close bonds of fellowship and united effort broken, which is why he threatened the watch-keepers first. His treachery is WAY, WAY beyond “just politics”. It is criminal and it is an aim to kill this country in a way he would never aim to kill Al Qaeda.
I lay no blame on Ann Dunham. She is who she is. This country will always have stupid or evil people who fight everything that has made this country great. We expect that. It’s as inevitable as weeds and bank robbers. What I blame is the entire system which is SUPPOSED to uphold the rule of law so that stupid and evil people CANNOT undo the Constitution and the rule of law. The gate-keepers in government, courts, law enforcement, and the military have ALL sworn oaths to uphold and defend the US Constitution, and with a few exceptions they have ALL broken that oath even when pointedly questioned constantly by a public crying for justice. That’s not mere negligence; that is a deliberate breaking of their oaths.
That means that this country’s poison isn’t just a lazy media, stupid voters, and a poorly-raised communist who made it into the White House. Right now every pillar on which this society is built is instead a millstone around our necks because of the corruption in it all. Instead of ENABLING we the people to hold our government accountable, the powers-that-be are now BINDING OUR HANDS, FEET, AND MOUTHS so that we CAN’T hold the government accountable to the Constitution and the rule of law. All we can do is try to outnumber the dead, illegal, and felon votes so we choose which person is given permission to break the laws for 4-6 years while his/her buddies do legal and political CYA to make sure he/she never faces consequences for their crimes. IOW, we MIGHT get to vote in a new rapist every few years, but as long as law enforcement acts like our pimp it’s all the same outcome anyway.
That is the mess we’re in, and America needs to recognize it and actually do something about it, or this current situation is not just a low point; it’s permanent, irreversible death for everything that makes us America.

I think there are a lot of people who know it stinks, but they cannot (or will not) dig to the root of it. Right now the root of it is not politics. The root of it is law enforcement. We have real laws being broken, and neither law enforcement nor the courts will do a thing about it and snidely turn away any suits we the people bring, saying it’s none of our business.
That whole philosophy - that the government that is of the people, by the people, and for the people is not the business of the people - is anti-American. It is against everything the whole Revolutionary War was fought for. Yet it embodies everything the courts are about today. And without the people being able to have a REAL Grand Jury (that is, one that is not dependent on being called by a politically-connected government official) every last one of us could watch every government official rob a bank, and could legally do nothing about it. We could report it and then watch the politically-connected establishment ignore the reports.
I read the articles about the NM state trooper who was caught on surveillance video having sex with a woman on the trunk of her car. The authorities have video of the whole thing. They know which officer it was, who the woman was, and what exchange took place before they did this thing in full view of everybody. The media wouldn’t release the names because the cop isn’t even being investigated! Good Lord!
I tried to figure out why that story bugs me so much, and I’ve decided it’s because in a nutshell it portrays everything that’s been happening for the last 4 years. Criminal bribery between a corrupt slut and law enforcement, in full view of everybody, while nobody can do a dang thing about it, even though there is direct physical proof of the crime, because the people who should charge both the whore and the corrupt officer are the mutual friends/clients of both of them.
And meanwhile, folks like Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter, Laura Ingraham, Michelle Malkin, and the like are ridiculing THOSE OF US WHO SAY THE RULE OF LAW MATTERS. Because they have been threatened by the slut and the officer. So even while they claim to decry the slut and the corrupt officer they enable the slut and the officer to carry on unhindered while mocking those who point out the incriminating video.
I wish I could say it’s unreal but unfortunately it is gut-level, in-your-face, deadly real.
