Labor Secretary Hilda Solis has overseen a number of signed agreements between U.S. agencies and foreign officials pledging to give migrant workers the full protections of U.S. workplace laws -- regardless of their legal status -- and she says her department will uphold them.

"No matter how you got here or how long you plan to stay, you have certain rights," Solis said at an event unveiling the latest agreements on Monday in

This is no surprise: Hilda Solis has championed illegals for many years. She is an ethnic bigot, almost on a par with the quintessential ethic bigot Luis Gutierrez.

More under the radar crap from this regime, while the media concentrates on the Sept 7 vs Sept 8th fight between the WH and Congress.

To hell with the American workers. The Osama regime is concerned more with foreign workers. Hey America! How’s that hope and change workin’ for ya?! Still “feelin’ good” about your “historical vote”?

Shamelessly stolen from a friend’s Facebook post:

Interesting...If you cross the North Korean border illegally, you get 12 years hard labor. If you cross the Afghanistan border illegally, you get shot. Two Americans just got eight years for crossing the Iranian border. If you cross the U.S. border illegally you get a job, a driver’s license, food stamps, a place to live, health care, housing & child benefits, education, & a tax free business for 7 yrs. No wonder we are a country in debt.

Your friend forgot to add what happens when an American “illegally” enters the sovereign state of Mexico. Try jail time. They are the biggest hypocrites, sending all of their unwanted welfare cases over the border to be cared for by America’s fum ducking taxpayers.

To hell with the American workers.

You would think the unions would be pissed off, but they are too busy licking Zer0s boots to give a sh!t.

This WILL come to a head. And when it does, it will pop like the festereed pussed filled blister that's been infecting this country for well over 20 years.

"No matter how you got here or how long you plan to stay, you have certain rights,"

That is simply not true, and illustrates true ignorance. So called "rights" are agreements among citizen taxpayers. They have absolutely nothing to do with an unilateral asshole bureaucrat. Ms Solis is overcome by her irrational emotions, or in other words bigotry.

Ms Solis is not a person who any reasonable person would want to exercise management authority. Illegal immigrants are illegal, and for many reasons do not warrant any commitment whatsoever from the US taxpayer. They are invaders.

That is not to say there isn't such a thing as human compassion. But that compassion in the case of Mexican illegals, is to clarify to them their violation of respect for legitimate US taxpayers, and to return them to their country of origin, subsequently instructing them in the civil means for which one applies for entry into a foreign nation. Just like you and I are obliged to do.

Hilda Solis is ignorant and arrogant. Likewise all DC bigots, who do not recognize the propiety in international civil order. Furthermore there is a profound arrogance in the lack of assignment to the "illegals" of the basic intelligence to apply the civil behavior that is expected from every one of us. That is, do you and I not need a passport or Visa to reside and work in another nation?

There is NO reason whatsoever for an illegal to be in the United States, to enjoy its tax-paid benefits, or to compete for its jobs. How obvious is that?

The invasion of illegals into a tax-financed sovereignty, no matter where they are from, is, by all human logic and order, not permissable. In this vein, think Hillary Clinton, Hilda Solis, powerful lobbies who advocate such, the CFR; and one will inevitably perceive the ugly bigotry of self-aggrandizement over the integrity of a nation.

Yep, too many of our jobs go to other countries....... and too many of the jobs that are left are done by foreign invaders.

I agree with you 100%. I think the union really don’t care though. They’ll just put their jackboots on the throats of the “immigrant” workers and FORCE them into paying union dues. The “immigrants” can be intimidated a lot easier than American workers can. All part of the DemocRATS’ plan.

This is a treaty.

This is an unelected party hack with a nine-to-five job negotiating terms with a foreign country, terms that are binding on the United States government and people.

THE SENATE. MUST. RATIFY. TREATIES.

How can this be? How is this happening? Why aren’t people screaming in the streets?

Not true, Madame Secretary. Form I-9, the one that we all have to fill out to prove our eligibility to work in the United States, says otherwise:

Anti-Discrimination Notice. It is illegal to discriminate against any individual (other than an alien not authorized to work in the United States) in hiring, discharging, or recruiting or referring for a fee because of that individual's national origin or citizenship status.

Or in Spanish, if that's not clear:

Aviso contra la discriminación. Se considera ilegal discriminar a cualquier persona (exceptuando a los extranjeros que no estén autorizados a trabajar en los Estados Unidos) en la contratación, el despido, el relutamiento o el establecimiento de unos honorarios por motivos de nacionalidad o de estatus migratorio.

You'll note the text in parentheses with emphasis added in red so you don't miss it. Turns out that it does matter what a worker's legal status is.
