Labor Department Agreements Protect Illegal Workers By Shannon Bream August 31, 2011

Labor Secretary Hilda Solis has overseen a number of signed agreements between U.S. agencies and foreign officials pledging to give migrant workers the full protections of U.S. workplace laws -- regardless of their legal status -- and she says her department will uphold them.

"No matter how you got here or how long you plan to stay, you have certain rights," Solis said at an event unveiling the latest agreements on Monday in Washington.

Solis says foreign workers need to know their rights, so that they can lodge complaints without fear that they will be fired or deported. She believes the signed agreements with countries like El Salvador and Mexico will serve to "remove those fears." Critics of the move say the policy flies in the face of U.S. laws on both immigration and labor, and find the pledges especially worrisome in a time of high unemployment.

Why cannot Congress STOP this madness? Ozippy and his merry band of czars, departments totally act like the regime Rush talks about.
*Why isn’t there a way to tie this up in court?
*Why is Congress allowing the EPA to end run congress?
*How can Zippy just increase EPA funding by billions without Congress?
*Why can’t Congress demand our borders to be protected?
*Why can he ignore the constitution and congress say nothing?
Every day it’s something worse than yesterday. Wear us down is just what they want. Come at us from all angles. Keep up the fight, never give in.

She is making treaties? Are they reciprocal?

We’re in a Marxist Oligarchy.

I think people and their families have been threatened. Don’t cross the line or else...

Simple. Republicans don’t know how to fight. How else can we explain this end madness?

Why? Here’s a dated, pre-BO rant that is loaded with reasons. Content was upgraded in 2008 so you’ll notice some particulars of the story have been adjusted since.

It’s getting more difficult to deny the tinfoil wrapper is coming undone and a Brave New World awaits it’s scheduled emergence, thanks to the congressional pawns, the judicial sharks and the executive branch mafias we, for however good our reasons, coexisted with.

Don’t miss this. It’s called The Real Face of the European Union. It’s all about the nation once known as Great.

Some of it should sound eerily familiar.
