More like a veiled threat, if there was ever either a nuclear attack on the USA by another country ( s ) ( Russia included in this diabolical plan ) it would be China, or a EMP attack by China.

With both economy's of both countries going down the crapper, one or the other would have nothing to lose but everything to gain from a war.
What is China going to do with being over exposed of money lent out to other countries and their export economy tanks ? you got it, start a war.
