Not surprisingly, they chose German Chancellor Angela Merkel as No. 1Only for the next 2 years. She's wedded herself to bailing out the rest of the eurozone and voters have responded by punishing her party in every state election since, her home state was the latest. Barring a turnaround the Socialists will be back in power in Germany. Big disappointment, Merkel.
