Damn idiot doesn’t appear to realize that she’s one of the people who WROTE the rules with which the banks are scrupulously complying, including the rule that the payment must be received in the month in which it is due, so a December 31 payment for a January 1 due date cannot be accepted.
Water’s is an ignorant, stupid, racist, and pathetic piece of human debris. Can you imagine the people who vote her to office year after year? What must they be like and what could they be thinking? It is a shame that an entire race of people can only find the likes of Waters, Jackson and Sharpton to represent them. Very very sad.

Demanding home loans for people who didn’t qualify to buy a T-SHIRT on time payments put all the banks into trouble from the first jump.
NINJA loans- No Income- No Job or Assets—were the norm. Carter demanded that the banks recognise WELFARE & FOOD STAMPS as INCOME!!!!
TARP cleaned up some of the worst loans which applied to vacant houses, but Waters is wrong to blame the banks for this mess.

Janet Reno—Bill Clinton—& Janet Reno put the program on steroids in the early 90’s.
Fannie & Freddie were created in the late 70’s under Carter as a fail safe place to put the thousands of loans that would never properly be paid back to the banks.
Waters is a disgusting individual who has buffaloed Watts residents over & over again to vote for her. She needs to retire, as gracefully as she can muster, sooner rather than later.
