Berenice Juarez was found guilty Thursday afternoon of first-degree murder in the 2010 stabbing death of her mother's boyfriend in Delray Beach.
The jury deliberated less than a day before coming back with its verdict.
Juarez, 18, immediately was sentenced to life in prison by Circuit Judge Karen Miller.
