Pt 2 should be out in the fall of 2012 (just around the time of you know what), Proud Producers say.
When this film “bombed” (after ignorant slamming by the drive-by media), my facebook all had liberals doing their schadenfreude bit. We may still get the last laugh.

Is this a definite maybe on the release? I thought it was supposed to come out on tax day - 2012.
I personally can’t wait & I hate going to the movies.

Timely. Corporations are sitting on hordes of cash right now instead of hiring or investing. The economic movers have definitely gone Galt. The best thing Obama could do for the economy is to quietly go away.

The Passion of the Christ was ridiculed and ignored by the MSM, too. It cost $30 million to make and grossed $611,899,420 because Christians watched in droves anyway.

By contrast, Atlas Shrugged cost $20 million to make and earned $4,627,375, despite being marketed as a "tea party film" and being hyped endlessly on forums like this.

Maybe it's just conservatives and tea party supporters aren't buying the Ayn Rand kool-aid.
