A better solution is for Congress to use its Article III Section 2 power to curb the courts. Scotus operates as if there is no check on it because Lefties and Rinos in Congress let it.

I agree. The separation of powers is a myth. And so is this stupid argument that you need to amend the Constitution to set the limits on the Supreme Court.

There is no Constitutional life term for a Justice. And there is no need to amend the Constitution. Congress can simply set a age limit.

I read the article and would agree that the power of Congress to reign in the Supreme Court exists. However, I am not sure that I would want that power to be exercised. Imagine if after passing ObamaCare Congress then passed a joint resolution restricting the Supreme Court from ruling on its constitutionality?
