That will barely give him enough time to whine about how this isn't his fault, that he inherited this economy, that nobody cooperates with him, that Congress isn't doing its job, lie about how many jobs he's "saved," mention green jobs, maybe sink another couple of companies by highlighting them, and dive into how if we didn't have this pesky Republic and annoying Constitution, he could get things done faster and better. Who has time to go into any depth on a jobs program?

So if Obama is scheduled for 40 minutes and 40 minutes only , is the usual Obama Factor of being late take it back to 30 minutes or less? Can we be so lucky?
